Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you full authority over your e-mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new email box account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect email messages from one electronic mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email boxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming email messages according to certain rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and select the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just choose the mailbox account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
